Welcome to GannuG. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern GannuG relationship with you in relation to this website. By accessing or using the website you are deemed to be agreeing to these terms by executing and entering into a legally binding contract itself.
Your order is an offer to us to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product listed on the website, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation E-mail”). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when the product is dispatched to you and an e-mail confirmation is sent to you that the product has been dispatched to you (the “Dispatch Confirmation E-mail”). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation E-mail for each package, and each Dispatch Confirmation E-mail .
Since GannuG takes orders on behalf of customers for stores specific to a city, if orders includes products from different cities, they would be dispatched separately and so the courier charges and condition would be applied to the orders specific to a city order. Price quoted on any product is inclusive of indicative retail price(as we don’t stock), procurement charges, packaging and handling charges, taxes, service charges et all.
Please note that even though you transfer money online at the time of placing the order through website, the same does not conclude a contract per se. Moreover, our role here is that of a facilitator. We are service providers. We are not the vendors or manufacturer/s of the product/s in so far as You/beneficiary/recipient of the product is concerned. As facilitator, we will place the order at the store of your choice or procure it(we don’t stock), get it packaged and ship it to shipping location of your choice, with the intent, that it’s delivered in best of condition to you through our delivery partners, however if there are delays due to customs for International orders or due to logistical challenges for both International and National orders within India, then GannuG shall not be held responsible for the same. As we don’t stock, we aim to deliver freshest products to your doorstep as available on the store/factory outlet of the manufacturer.
