If product is damaged on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of the delivery due to a torn or damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you and a refund may also be processed depending upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

We will accept returns in case

  1. the product is expired or nearly expired, at the time of delivery, which should be verified by providing relevant images.
  2. there is a visual damage that can be attributed to the manufacturing or packaging of the product and is mutually agreed upon by our team and the customer.
  3. Once agreed upon review of details, refund amount would be credited within 3-4 business days.

The customer shall also be eligible for a refund if

  1. A specific product or order cannot be shipped/delivered due to any restrictions in shipping to customer’s delivery pin code
  2. There is/are missing item(s) in the order and the customer does not want it to be shipped for any reason and has informed about the same

In any other case, please note that we will not be able to take returns, and will try to address the concerns/grievances in the best of our capacity

Late or missing refunds

If a product is required to shipped back us to review/inspect in case of damage/loss, so as to avoid repeat of any future issue, we will mail you the necessary instructions to be followed up for the same.
