We ensure your order is delivered accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in policy described below.

How do we ship?

 

  • Each order is meant to be shipped only to a single destination address, if you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • If you have ordered products from different cities, then separate package would be shipped from each city, suppose you order 5 products in total, 2 from Vadodara and 3 from Pune, then two separate shipment would be shipped, one from Pune and other from Vadodara
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • Special packaging is done to ensure freshness of products and to the safe transit 
  • For order above 6 kg per city or any general queries or bulk orders, contact us at care@gannug.com
  • Kindly ensure that shipping address and contact phone numbers are accurate, as once shipped it would not be possible to update and GannuG shall not be held responsible for the same, though we will try our best to get it delivered to the destination.

By when do we ship your order?

  • We generally ship an order within 1-2 working days of the order; however, in some cases, it might take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order, as products might be temporarily out of stock in stores or our suppliers.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • As the order is shipped, tracking details would be shared with you over email, or if you have any queries, you can reach us at care@gannug.com and we will try to revert as quickly as possible.

Deliveries in India

  • Orders within India are generally delivered in 1-5 days after they are shipped based on location, express shipping option are available; you can connect us on WhatsApp(as available on the site) or email at care@gannug.com
  • There could be delays beyond our control, including caused by Nature or logistical challenges faced by courier agencies
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please write us at care@gannug.com with all relevant details, images and refer GannuG’s refund and return policy i.e. https://gannug.com/refund_returns/ and we will do our best to address it.

Deliveries outside India

  • Orders outside India is delivered in 6-8 Business days after they are shipped
  • There could be delays beyond our control, including one caused by Nature or logistical challenges faced by courier agencies
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please write us at care@gannug.com with all relevant details, images and refer GannuG’s refund and return policy i.e., https://gannug.com/refund_returns/ and we will do our best to address it.
  • Specially for International orders (we ship to all major countries), so customer get best value of money, we suggest placing order of 3-4 Kg, more the weight, merrier it would be, either you can order combination of products or club your order with friends and families, for e.g., below is sample chart of shipping to US, it would vary from country to country, as well as time to time

  • Kindly note; above weight and charges for shipping are applicable from one city only, if you order products from different cities then shipment weight for each calculated separately as there would be multiple shipment from different cities from which you chose the products to be ordered.
  • We also take care of custom clearance in your country of shipment, so you don’t need to worry about it.
